Dr. Didg - Boston, MA

Dr. Didg combine the ancient Aboriginal didgeridoo with modern technology to create an irresistible dance groove. With a technique they call "live sampling" they can create loops on the fly, so every tune is performed fresh each time, whether composed or jamming. With drums, electric guitar, bass and keyboards their sound combines funk, dance and psychedelia in a groove based mix that is impossible not to move to. The album "Serotonality" includes a horn section, while the new "Live Jams 2000" has some serious psychedlic jamming from their 2000 tour.
