Why on earth are Further and Dark Star there? If you were playing a major fest, would you want a your own cover band there? Makes no sense.

The guy that puts on the fest also manages DSO so they will always play at Allgood. I agree, makes no sense to have both bands on the bill. Overkill for sure. My main concern is that they will actually have the "late night" bands play "late night" instead of in the middle of the afternoon like last year.

Why not have Further and DSO. DSO is great, and to see them and then turn around and see the real Bob Weir and Phil Lesh... c'mon, can you ever get too much Greatful Dead in your life?

I agree! Plus the lead guitarist is playing with Phil and Bob with Further...Further is not the Grateful Dead..just Phil Lesh and Bob Weir with other artist...can't wait!
