while lots of things are growing and changing this season, other things
aren't - like our colors. FloydFest has always been true-blue, of
course, but it's also green. That's not changing. FloydFest has a
singular committment to conscientious festivarianism, and FF attendees
are a conscientious bunch. Our collective committment to 'keep the
scene clean' makes the FloydFest grounds about the cleanest you'll find
at an event it's size. We recycle, always have, and this year we'll be
composting the food vendor waste materials. Our Global Village area
features on-going information and demonstrations on biodiesel and solar
power.
~ WE are all visitors on this planet. We are all here for ninety, a hundred years at most. During that period we must try to do something good, something useful with our lives.
