Well, it's been a long strange trip, but here we are.
Home Grown Music gets a brand new face-lift, and lots more. In addition to the brand new look for our web presence, there are going to be new features being added over the next couple of weeks. For example, this here forum...and it's just a start.
Stay tuned for more, I'll keep you posted right here. In the meantime, why not start up some conversations.
And I'm always open to suggestions for new features and ideas.

Athens’ music reputation has long been legendary. The Georgia Satellites, Matthew Sweet, Widespread Panic, Pylon, REM and the B-52s all have their roots there. The Southern music landscape has flourished and grown around Athens, Georgia and The Georgia Theatre has been an integral part of the music landscape for many years. Not only has this historical building been an anchor building for downtown Athens, but it has also been the foundation for many of the finest bands the music industry has seen.
