GUARANTEE:

We guarantee your satisfaction. We will exchange products that are defective if returned within 30 days of purchase. All defective product will be replaced with the same item ONLY, promptly and free of charge. For information on exchanging your product - email Customer Service.

SHIPPING:

In the USA we use UPS Ground or US Priority Mail so your CDs usually arrive in 3-7 days. If you order only one CD, we use first class mail and your CD will arrive in 7-10 days. Assuming that all items you order are in stock. Out of stock items and other factors may delay your order and you will be contacted via email with further options. If in 4-6 weeks your order still has not arrived please email Customer Service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Outside the continental USA, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from our shipping charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. The customer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by their government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

VINYL shipping charges may vary from the shipping price charged.  Vinyl weighs more than your basic CD package which our pricing scale is based upon.  Additional charges may apply, however you will be notified & charges have to be approved by you prior to applying to your card or shipping your order.

OTHER OPTIONS:

If you prefer, you can phone or mail in your orders. We do accept personal checks, but cannot ship product until the check has cleared. Please allow at least an extra two weeks for the check to clear.  PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH!  Use a money order instead.  Sorry, no COD's.

SALES TAX:

We are required to collect sales tax for all orders from or shipped to North Carolina.  Please note that North Carolina will soon be instating a tax on all internet sales regardless of where you order from - order now, save money.

RETURNS

Contact Customer Service for return authorizations. There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective returns.  Defective items will be replaced.
